"Dreams are never concerned with trivialities; we do not allow our sleep to be disturbed by trivial things" (Freud).
In my view, a dream can be likened to the phoenix, a mythological bird that is reborn from its ashes. When the phoenix has reached an age where renewal is desired, it surrenders to the flames, using sacred and purifying herbs such as myrrh. It is always one at a time and possesses extraordinary powers in addition to its unique ability to be immortal. Allegorically, every strong person, once they reach their turning point after difficult situations, tends to redefine themselves and return stronger.

Marble Phoenix / Material : Greek marble / Size: 45H 20D 25W

The Phoenix is a mythical bird that embodies the idea of rebirth, rising from its ashes. A timeless symbol of immortality, resurrection, and divine fire, it speaks to the human capacity for renewal and transformation. Rebirth cannot exist without death. The old must fall away for the new to emerge. This is the essential rhythm of life. Like many powerful symbols, the phoenix has been misused by ideologies and regimes. But its origin remains pure—deeply rooted in our mythology, it reminds us of the enduring cycle of destruction and creation.
